Return & Refund Policy  

We want you to love your MaryJane N Munchies purchase!  
If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:  

Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.  
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.  
- To start a return, email us at Maryjaneandmunchies@gmail.com with your order number.  

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.  
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.  

Exchanges  
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.  
- If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.  

Non-returnable items 
- Sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards cannot be returned.  
- For hygiene reasons, certain products (like headwear or accessories) may also be final sale — these will be marked on the product page.  

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.  
- If your item was damaged in shipping, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
